Privacy Policy

This site has no customer accounts. You cannot sign up, there is nothing to log in to, and no customer password is ever created, requested or stored.

Order tracking works from your order number plus the email you used at checkout, which is why it asks for both — see track your order.

When you buy something, the order record holds:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number
• the shipping address you enter
• what you ordered, and what you paid

These are collected to make and ship the order, to send you a confirmation and a shipping update, and to answer you if you get in touch about it.

Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page and are never sent to, handled by, or stored on this site. This site is told by Stripe that a payment succeeded, and how much it was for. It is never given the card.

The custom singlet and custom shoe request forms collect your name, your email address, the message and design preferences you enter, and any reference image you attach.

Reference images are stored in a private bucket, not on a public URL. They are used to work out and make your design.

A request form does not ask for a phone number or an address — those are only collected if you go on to place an order.

Your cart is kept in your own browser’s local storage so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device and is only sent to the server when you check out.

There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixel on this site.

Running the shop means using a few outside services. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Stripe — processes payments and hosts the checkout page. Receives your card details directly, plus your name, email, phone and address.
• Supabase — stores order records, custom requests and uploaded reference images.
• Vercel — hosts the site and serves it to your browser.
• Resend — sends the order confirmation and shipping emails. Receives your email address and the contents of those emails.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces this site uses. Your browser requests them directly, so Google sees your IP address on each page load. No order data is involved.

Your details are not sold, and are not shared with anyone beyond the services above.

Order records are retained as long as reasonably necessary to provide customer support, comply with tax obligations and maintain business records.

Unaccepted custom requests and the reference images uploaded with them may be deleted at any time after the request is closed.

We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days.

We make reasonable efforts to protect customer information and comply with applicable United States privacy laws.

Wrestling gear is bought for young athletes, so orders are often placed by a parent on a child’s behalf. Orders should be placed by an adult.

Orders must be placed by an adult at least 18 years old, or by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
