Every request is reviewed. Owen may decline a design if it’s too complex. You will hear back either way.
Pricing. Fully custom work is quoted per request — there’s no set price for it. Prices you see in the catalog are for those listed pairs, not bespoke work.
The shoes. Owen provides the shoe that gets customized — in his words, “I provide shoe that is customized”.
Turnaround. Turnaround time for custom shoes is 2-3 weeks to get the shoes and customize them. That is production time only — shipping time starts once the order is completed and handed to the carrier.
These are handmade. Custom shoes are artwork - minor variations may occur. Normal wear over time is expected. Not responsible for damage from improper use.
