Instagram is usually the quickest way to get hold of Owen, and it is where most custom work gets discussed.

If you are asking where an order has got to, check order tracking first — it needs your order number and the email you ordered with, and it will show you the current stage, any note left on the order, and a tracking number once there is one.

If you do get in touch, having your order number to hand — it looks like OWC-1042 and is on your confirmation email — makes it much faster to find.

For a custom design, the request forms collect what is needed to quote it, including reference images: custom shoes and custom singlets.
